Email Address Change FAQ

If you change your email address to a different mailbox, your old account will still use the original login ID that you have provided during account creation. To protect your information we do not allow you to associate your account to a different email from the time you signed up for your account.

You may create a new account, with your new email address, and associate your file number to your account. You may not be able to view your old transactions (depending on the type of transaction), but you will still be able to make payments in our system.
