Change Password FAQ

Note: On a mobile or collapsed browser, your menu may appear vertical.

Step 1: Log in to your account by clicking the menu.

Step 2: Click on your Email/Login ID in the top right corner (Second to last menu option if using mobile device).



Step 3: Select "Change Your Password" in account management to specify a new password. You will then be prompted to enter your old password followed by your new password.
